La Cheminee sur Paris

A fantastic place for Iranian food; it truly transported us to this beautiful country. The atmosphere is very welcoming and beautifully decorated in a Persian style. The service is incredibly fast and impeccable. The prices are slightly high, but the quality justifies them. The dishes are excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, everything was superb. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it.

This is my second time at this restaurant, and I still appreciate the service, atmosphere, and food just as much. This time, I invited my family to introduce them to the place. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed by the saffron rice, which didn't taste of saffron at all. Perhaps it was simply a small mistake in the kitchen that day. On the other hand, the welcome and service were excellent, just like on my first visit. We also really enjoyed the appetizers and the ice cream.

A very good traditional Iranian restaurant, offering authentic flavors and a wide variety of typical dishes. A bit pricey but excellent; we will definitely return.

I had dinner a few hours ago with an Iranian friend and I have absolutely no regrets. Being vegetarian, any concerns I had about the food vanished immediately upon reading the menu. I ordered Motenjan (with saffron rice). Although the dish initially reminded me of beef bourguignon, it was nothing of the sort. A very fruity mix (apples, apricots, prunes…) and very mild (not at all spicy). I discovered doogh, which my friend had already told me about. Something between milk and yogurt. Slightly fermented. With mint. And for dessert, the famous Iranian rolled cake, which I had already tasted. Also very mild. The waiter was very respectful. The restaurant has a traditional and elegant decor. A little haven of serenity far from the hustle and bustle of Paris and far from the images of war. I will definitely go back.
