We had a wonderful time at La Vache Rouge! The food was delicious, both the meat and the fish, cooked to perfection and with delightful side dishes (special mention for the truffled potato gratin). The service was just as good as the food, attentive and refined while remaining relaxed. Thank you for a lovely meal!

An incredible experience. A beautifully decorated and warm setting, impeccable service, and above all, breathtaking meat. It's one of the best steakhouses I've ever tried. The sides, like the buttered potato with truffles, are also incredible. A true culinary experience awaits you in this small mountain restaurant. I recommend it 100%; go there with your eyes closed; you won't be disappointed.

We came twice in one week. The service is perfect, friendly, and professional. The pizzas are so big that we could take them home with us. And they're very good. The meat is presented before being prepared. As well as their famous blueberry tart. A wonderful place, discovered by chance.

Having been a regular at Les Arcs every time since 2021 with my family, I was disappointed by the dish. I had ordered Grandma Andrée's chicken with pork belly and small vegetables instead of fries: the sauce was excellent, as was the chicken. However, I only had a leg and a wing (no breast) and the pork belly was non-existent. The vegetables were good, but the portion was quite small. For dessert, the Vacherin Gourmand was very disappointing: it contained almost nothing but whipped cream and 2-3 tiny pieces of meringue + 1 scoop of blueberry ice cream. We usually enjoy this Vacherin as a family, and we found it to be much less filling than usual. My daughter's tartiflette contained very little cheese (she was looking forward to enjoying this dish at her favorite restaurant!). My other daughter's meat arrived lukewarm. My husband's pizza was excellent. Quality service and always friendly but high value for money compared to the dishes this time! Perhaps it is due to the end of season / service (we ate there at the end of August and late in the evening).
