Another fantastic meal at La Vache Rouge, it’s our 5th year in Les Arc 1950 and we come for two weeks every year and in my opinion this is the best restaurant in the village, so make sure you book to avoid disappointment.

Great steak dinner with cuts measured at the table; able to have fresh, 20 day and 45 day aged fillet cuts all of small proportions (150g of each type for two people) which is nice as you aren’t left feeling awkward for wanting small measures. Great truffle mash, great service. Reasonable wine selection, as usual for the mountains can get pricy but definitely one of the higher end restaurants there so you should know what to expect.

If you're traveling on a budget, you shouldn't go here, but the atmosphere and quality of the food are well worth the money. They cut meat at the table and the fondue is also really delicious. Good wine list with also extremely expensive wines. However, you must order this one day in advance. It's more of a joke. But a nice atmosphere. Friendly people in the service.
