Vale&Ale Restaurant Pinseria sur Paris

First time I have had a pinsa, and it was a revelation. Lighter and crustier than a normal pizza, and with a really good assortment of toppings, my wife and I very much enjoyed our meals. Highly recommend. We also had the chocolate crumble cake that was made by the mother of the terrific bloke who runs the store and makes the pinsa. The crumble was also a first for me, and my wife liked it so much she wants to make it at home. No hesitation in recommending.

A small but surprisingly spacious restaurant with amazing homemade food. The pinsa are delicious, the pastry is both crispy and soft, the toppings are high quality and locally sourced – nothing to complain about, I recommend it 100%!

We were there two summers ago, and the restaurant still holds a special place in our hearts: Our host, Anton, was incredibly friendly and entertaining, and his English was better than our French. He took plenty of time to explain the delicious menu to us; a small selection of main courses and desserts was on display. All the pizzas were prepared with great care and attention by Anton himself and tasted absolutely divine; even the Italian or French (?) rosé with its hint of orange was simply exotic. In short: a simple restaurant with limited space, but everything was very modern and clean, offering hearty and delicious Italian cuisine at reasonable prices! We'd love to come back again on our next vacation... See you soon! 👌

Great pizza! We went with friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. We asked for wine recommendations 🍷, and it was excellent. There are two pizza sizes available. One small drawback: the service is a bit slow! It's definitely worth the wait. Reservations are recommended!

What can I say about this lunch? An exceptional pinsa with quality products; I chose the one of the moment, it was divine. The chef is also passionate about wine, and he offers a very nice selection of Italian wines to discover. Trust him, he will be able to advise you well!
