We have returned to this hotel so obviously enjoyed it. Its proximity to the parks, well ordered nature, and quality of the amenities and rooms are all significant positives. The staff are excellent and helpful too. It is not cheap and gluten free is never easy at Disney, but we would recommend it.

Fantastic hotel, the marvel artwork is stunning and the rooms really comfortable. Breakfast was great, a little pricey but all you can eat. Pool was nice when we had a really hot day. Only 10 min walk to the Disney parks.

The hotel was good, the service was very unwelcoming over all, the staff made us and from what I was watching around us other people as well feel unwelcome. The rooms were fine, a bit old, for the price you would expect more. The location it was amazing because it was very close to the park and very convenient!

This is only my second Disney hotel, but this one is truly classy and very cool for Marvel fans. It offers access to sets in a "Superhero Station," which is really great for family photos that will create wonderful memories.
As for the staff, they are absolutely fantastic. Everyone will be there to listen to you and make sure your stay is exceptional.

We just spent our weekend at Disney's Hotel New York: The Art of Marvel. Absolutely fantastic! We were greeted by a very professional and incredibly kind hostess (we ran into her the next day at the hotel, where she stopped by to ask how our stay was going). The staff at the bars were great, and a lady at the restaurant entrance on Sunday morning directed us to an art tour of the hotel.
The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated, and the artwork on display is beautiful. We absolutely loved it.

Apart from the somewhat grumpy/uncaring security check at the hotel entrance we were met by the wonderful and helpful hotel staff. We enjoyed our stay in the spacious room with beautiful marvel artwork all around. The pool was really nice, but could do with a slide for the children. The sky lounge bar was beautiful and and the cocktails delicious. The hotel is somewhat pricy but you pay for the great location near Disney village and acces to the park

We have just spend 5 days there, lovely hotel, the boys loved the children’s room where they could do activities but trying to book Disney dinning is more difficult than they make out 1 of our evenings we couldn't book in anywhere to eat had to have room service, 2 lovely restaurants in the hotel 1 a buffet which was great and the other more fancy not really for children, both not big enough, we had a great time but the whole Disney experience is now very expressive, we have done Disney many times over the years including Florida
