⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A real gem for lunch in Nancy! At Verdure, everyone creates their own salad from dozens of ultra-fresh, high-quality ingredients. The selection is impressive and offers something different every time you visit. The service is quick, the advice is always helpful, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Special mention goes to the owner, who is always friendly and welcoming, contributing to the restaurant's great atmosphere. It's one of the few lunchtime restaurants where you genuinely enjoy going. An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation!

I stopped by last Saturday and was served by Noémie and Sara, who were absolutely lovely. It was so nice to find a place that serves made-to-order salads, even late at lunchtime, and especially to receive such a warm welcome! They truly understand customer service here! Thank you both :)

Verdure is my favorite restaurant in Nancy. I always go back with the same pleasure. The concept is simple, but that's precisely what makes it so great.
