Pretty good value for money. Rather sophisticated and inventive cuisine, although uneven (e.g. excellent ajo blanco but very disappointing rice pudding: undercooked rice and not very creamy dessert). The quantities are just right: it's good for lunch, but we would appreciate more generosity. The service is relatively simple and fast, no complaints. Good atmosphere in the restaurant. The only downside is that the room resonates a lot, and as soon as there are people there it can become very noisy. Good address, despite dishes of varying quality.

The welcome is super friendly and smiling, the room is pleasantly quiet, the service is attentive and fast and always with a smile. The combination of tuna and melon is just incredible and the barbecue chicken thigh is perfect. Chocolate ganache is a truly gourmet dessert. So very nice place and good value for money, thank you Vermillon.

On arrival, the room is pretty, with a classroom atmosphere, and you can guess the Basque origins. A la carte for lunch, 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts and a menu for €25 for one of each. When tasting, combinations of raw ingredients with a gourmet and sexy touch. As a group of 2, we take 2 menus and 2 drinks for less than €70. I will come back without any hassle with friends or my parents. Thank you Vermilion! Martin
