I was tired from looking around the village, so I went to a random place, but the owner was so friendly and the atmosphere was nice, so it was a memorable place!! The menu recommendations and explanations were meticulous, and at the end, the owner smiled and gave me a postcard as a gift, which was very heartwarming ☺️🥹

I spent the whole day in Colmar, where I stopped by on my way to Starsbourg. The cute houses were very pretty, but the last dinner I had here made me want to come back to this city. I love the softness of the base cream and cheese of tarte blambé, a traditional dish from Alsace (where Colmar and Strasbourg are located), and the sweet harmony of pinot gris. -- We added something called Christmas cheese, so be sure to try it! The wine was so good that I asked the waiter and he handed me a note with a recommended store. How about having dinner here today?

Fantastic recommendation. Homemade cuisine with magnificent service and despite being in the center, not at all expensive. Small place so you have to wait if it fills up. It doesn't close at noon.

Very friendly staff (especially the gentleman in charge of the terrace), very good food, during this Christmas market period, a hot meal on the terrace was very appreciated. Despite the cold, our bellies were warmed.

Restaurant which was not unanimously approved by our group. The tartes flambées were not very popular unlike the other dishes (sauerkraut, salad). The chestnut tiramisu, on the other hand, caused a sensation. The service was rather slow, we had the impression that the restaurant was understaffed. The staff was pleasant. Prices are affordable.
