Just exactly what you’d want in a chic, modern, elegant sushi experience in Paris. Lovely interior, incredible food, and wonderful service. This is where you want to go for that elevated, yet still tastefully relaxed sushi night in the Capitol.

The welcome and service were always top-notch (it's truly the hallmark of all Fitz Group establishments), the food was excellent, and there was a very good selection of cocktails, wines, and digestifs, including a surprising Japanese rum! In short, a wonderful romantic evening in a magnificent setting. Many thanks again to the entire Vesper team.

Super classy restaurant, the food was simply excellent and exceptional, the music... the decorative details were exquisite.

A very good experience! The meals were of very high quality, well-prepared, and delicious. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the cooking is meticulous. A special mention to Elisa, our server, who was smiling, professional, and very attentive throughout the meal. Her warm welcome and good humor truly contributed to making it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

What a lovely restaurant with delicious food, creative and yummy drinks and fantastic staff. I came here after a long travel day, attempted some very broken French and was met with kindness and understanding. The sushi was very fresh, and I really enjoyed the mezcal cocktail. I have a nut allergy and they were very sensitive about it.
All and all, lovely staff, great service and a great experience.
