A wonderful discovery. Excellent little tapas (cod fritters with plenty of salt cod / Excellent // Mini burgers recommended) The duck breast and fish were perfect. Special mention for the fish (magnificent sauce and to-die-for squash gnocchi). We're looking forward to dessert, which is also likely to be amazing. A very good place. We'll be back.

We came in 2024 several times, perfect, this year we only went once! Service lacked enthusiasm. Kitchen they served my dessert with inedible whipped cream made at the last minute and a strange taste, it should not have been put in! Disappointed we did not come back from our vacation.

We give Vice Versa a good rating mainly out of nostalgia and a desire to preserve the establishment. In 2020, we ate there five times in one week, without ever encountering a fault: elaborate and perfectly executed cuisine, efficient service, and a welcoming staff. Unfortunately, our experience in September 2025 was very mixed. The food remains up to par—kudos to the chef!—but the service is simply deplorable, to the point of jeopardizing the establishment's reputation, especially in a highly competitive environment. During our two visits this week, we noticed that only one server was providing all the service. His basics are clearly not mastered: he doesn't provide bread or water without customer intervention, forcing customers to bring out their own bottles. We saw customers wait so long that they eventually left, a situation so uncomfortable that we didn't even order dessert and opted to leave. This server also spends his time retreating behind the bar, pulling up his pants, and isolating himself, never properly distributing carafes and bread, or taking orders seriously. He seriously lacks warmth and seems incapable of smiling or interacting positively with customers. We address the server directly: the restaurant industry is a demanding profession where it's essential to smile, be attentive, and be professional, even when you're going through a difficult time. If this isn't a career that suits you, perhaps it would be better to find another path. In summary, the food remains excellent, but the service, as we experienced it, is a real downside that could compromise Vice Versa's reputation if nothing is done.
