Always an excellent time, for the plate and for the setting. A successful alliance of oriental cuisine (but not only) and the typical “art deco Parisian bistro”, a little out of time. Lots of care and elegance in the service. In short, plate, drinks, service, we don't pretend to be good. Sure value. To recommend.

I came with regular friends, I rarely eat couscous, and I enjoyed it! Incredible meats, and wonderfully good side dishes! A great wine, a superb restaurant, and a super cool boss! New canteen when I come to Paris ;)

I stopped there by pure chance. I was not disappointed. Neighborhood bistro with a warm and authentic setting of yesteryear. The welcome there is exceptional. Very good food. I will come back to taste the couscous!

My couscous was delicious, the broth was tasty. The couscous was well stocked with turnips, zucchini and carrots which were not overcooked. I asked for merguez with extra meatballs, it was very good.

02/06/2024: Les timbrés is an excellent bar to celebrate an event! between the cozy atmosphere, the bartenders' show and the quality of their cocktails, faultless on all levels (especially for improvising a birthday cocktail for me, incredible moment)
09/05/2024: What a lovely surprise nestled in a small street in the fifteenth arrondissement! The cocktails are incredible: elaborate, original, varied. Bravo to the bartenders!
