We visited this restaurant seven years ago, and it recently came up in a conversation with my husband, so I wanted to leave a review after all this time. The beef pho was absolutely delicious. My husband normally doesn’t like cilantro, but it was so good that he added all of it and didn’t leave a single piece behind. In the seven years since, we still haven’t found a bowl of pho that tastes better. We’ve travelled to many places across Europe, but this restaurant remains one of our most memorable. If we ever return to Paris, it would be to eat this pho again.

A neighborhood, family-run restaurant located in Bastille, with authentic, typical cuisine, generous portions, and excellent prices. That's how I would define Impressions! Everything here transports you to Vietnam, a country so culturally rich. We ordered simple dishes, but strongly linked to the country's gastronomy. If you want wines at good prices, they have them; and Saigon beer, too. As it's small, I suggest arriving before peak hours.

A small, authentic Vietnamese restaurant, the food is delicious. The portions are generous. The dishes are worthy of those found in Vietnam 🥰 I absolutely recommend the spring rolls or chả giò (they even have several options, including vegetarian ones) – homemade and fried to perfection! The staff are genuinely Vietnamese, which is rare.
