We received a fantastic welcome from our server, Motez. The service was top-notch, very professional in his manner of speaking and working. The food was good. The managers were a bit grumpy, but the restaurant itself was excellent!

We had a wonderful time at Zino. The service was pleasant and professional, and the food was truly excellent. The dishes were well-prepared, and above all, we appreciated how clearly the flavors of the ingredients shone through. It was a cuisine we thoroughly enjoyed. However, there was a slight downside regarding the dining experience, which unfortunately wasn't directly related to the quality of the restaurant but rather to the behavior of one of the customers. There were three of us, and upon arrival, we were seated at a table for four. A couple then sat down at the table for two right next to us. The woman clearly knew some of the staff, as she called them by their first names and spoke to them in a very informal manner. So far, so good. However, this customer spoke extremely loudly, to the point that we sometimes felt like we were in the middle of a market conversation rather than in a restaurant. Then, while we were comfortably seated at our table, she started placing her purse and phone directly on it, as if she were sharing our space and dining with us. I simply asked her, very calmly and politely, to remove her belongings since my partner was about to join us and there were already three of us at our table. Her reaction was completely disproportionate: she started speaking to me aggressively and asked if there were four of us. Honestly, I don't see how the number of people at our table was any of her business. The situation then took a rather surreal turn. She started calling out to the staff from the terrace, shouting their names, and then moved herself to choose another seat, demanding that no one be seated next to her. What's unfortunate is that this kind of behavior can really spoil the experience for other customers. We came to have a good time, enjoy a delicious meal and quality cuisine, but we ended up having to endure a very unpleasant scene and atmosphere that had absolutely nothing to do with the restaurant itself. It's truly regrettable, because Chez Zino deserves to be appreciated for its food and service. But when some customers take it upon themselves to monopolize the space, speak extremely loudly, shout at the staff, and disrespect other diners, it can unfortunately spoil part of the experience. In short: very good food, lovely flavors, and service that we appreciated. However, we had the misfortune of encountering a customer whose behavior completely ruined part of our experience. It was a real ordeal to endure when we had simply come for dinner.

Fantastic welcome. We were served by a very kind waiter who gave excellent recommendations for the dishes. For an aperitif, we had a strawberry virgin mojito and my husband a delicious white wine. I ordered a plate of pasta with white truffles and my husband a piece of beef. For dessert, we had mango tiramisu and three scoops of ice cream. Everything was excellent! The service, the food, the ambiance, the welcome, the style of the restaurant. We were transported to Sicily for the duration of our meal 🥰. We'll definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team!
