Villa Casella sur Strasbourg

BYE BYE VILLA CASELLA. OK, EXCELLENT DINNER. I, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOBODY, MAY I ADVISE THE CHEF TO SERVE THE SEA BREAM WITH FEWER SIDE DISHES (3 or 4)...OR SERVE IT OVER A POTATO CREAM...EXCUSE, CHEF...THANK YOU... SHRIMP?!? EXCELLENT BYE BYE MASSIMO & MARILENA

Warm welcome and great advice. Beautiful setting and very good meal.

The restaurant is truly lovely, the setting elegant. The two terraces are very charming. However, the satisfaction ends there. The dishes are good, but not "good enough" for the price. €25 for a pasta dish (dried, not fresh as indicated on the menu) with two small pieces of braised veal is somewhat excessive. Add to that a €25 sharing starter which is nothing more than a kind of pizza, admittedly tasty, but about 25cm in diameter, sold for €25! Otherwise, no complaints about the dessert. So, in summary: very pleasant setting, friendly service (although a bit of a wait between the starter and the main course), but the prices don't reflect the quality of the food. It's a shame, because with perhaps €15 less on the total bill, it would have been good value for money.

My colleagues and myself had an excellent dinner at Villa Casella on a beautiful warm night in Strasbourg. The food and service were excellent . This is an oasis in central Strasbourg, with not one but two outdoor dining areas and also elegance and comfort inside. I find myself returning to this beautiful restaurant and am never disappointed.

Pleasant setting, portions really too small for the rather expensive price, slow and inattentive service: bread, salt and pepper and parmesan only on request, pay at the counter like in a bistro… not great!

Excellent service, very pleasant atmosphere, excellent food. I highly recommend it.

A very good Italian restaurant, one of the best in Strasbourg. The welcome is warm, the setting is beautiful, the interior terrace is a peaceful haven, and the service is impeccable, friendly, and attentive. The dishes are excellent, perhaps a little too generous. Truly, nothing but positive things to say; highly recommended for a romantic dinner, a family meal, or a get-together with friends.

We had a wonderful time. The natural setting of the terrace is fantastic, right in the heart of the city.

I know and love this place. I took a client there who also loved it!

Excellent food Attentive service Highly recommended
