Very good hotel overall Positive point: -the location: you can go to the beach on foot, there are small shops at the foot of the hotel (pharmacy, gas station, snack bar, tobacconist, etc.) - the cleanliness of the hotel: service Really great housekeeping - the kindness of the staff, in particular the pool bartender, the breakfast team - the decor of the hotel - the quality of the food offered and the breakfast - the comfort of the bedding Area of ​​improvement: - it is impossible to reach reception by telephone except in the evening from the one in the room or from our cell phone, there is often only one person at reception who is already busy with arrivals/departures on site - the snack menu during the day there is not enough choice - it's not possible to go from the kitchen to the restaurant even though it's right next door, you have to go all the way around - lack of follow-up on requests: I am still waiting for someone to call me back regarding my daughter's blanket which was lost by one of the maids who accidentally put it in the dirty laundry while changing the sheets on the baby bed. I immediately reported it and I kept asking about it because they said they would get back to me in vain...this happened the day before we left and they were supposed to call me back and tell me return it by post but I still have no response and it is impossible to contact reception! It’s a white Jacadi comforter!

A very nice hotel which has had a makeover, pleasant service and a location close to all amenities. A large swimming pool, sauna and steam room are also available; a gym but very few machines and a whirlpool (although under maintenance in the middle of May and all its public holidays, this should be planned during the low season). A little high value for money but the hotel is pleasant.

It feels like it used to be a nice hotel. It is a bit worn out these days, need some repairs, both cosmetically and functionally. Nice pool in the garden. Apparently the sea is cold in July...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel for an amount of almost €700 for a basic room that they wanted to give me communicating with another fortunately he changed my room so I found myself in another room where the sheets were dirty a telephone that doesn't work shutters that don't work also the TV remote control doesn't work so we had to go down and get batteries from reception frankly the hotel is not worth its price apart from the places where we are close to the beach but far from the center and their swimming pool which is pretty but frankly it's the second time I've come here and the second time I'm very disappointed

Orchestre qui joue dans un salon, on se prend 88 db dans les oreilles pendant le repas et c'est insupportable ! Cerise sur le gâteau, le brunch est annoncé à 39€ sur plusieurs sites et au moment de payer il est facturé à 49€ !!! Explications demandées au responsable mais sans effet car trop de mépris et de mauvaise foi. Je n'y retournerai pas !

Great discovery! We tried the brunches set up at the hotel every Sunday and it was a great experience in every way. The staff, very welcoming and pleasant, lead us onto the hotel's pretty terrace with a breathtaking view of the racecourse, the Ferris wheel and the seaside. The atmosphere is relaxing, both calm and friendly, hosted by a Jazzy group that day. It is for a self-service buffet system that the hotel has opted for with hot/cold buffets including a wide choice ranging from salads to shellfish, including gnocchi and fine cuts of meat, a large brazier-type plancha outside offers fresh grilled meats and fish. We had a great time and the quality of the products is undeniable and can be felt in all the preparations, everything is homemade and authentic which is rarely found in luxury hotels. There was also a pizza car/truck with an oven offering delicious personalized Neapolitan pizzas and minutes that we loved. We had a great time with friends, I recommend it!

Hotel very well located in a quiet area with magnificent view, very clean, the staff is attentive. I recommend the hotel restaurant, we ate very, very well, all the products are organic and excellent.

I would like to thank the entire Golden Tulip team and particularly Anna who, with great kindness, amazed and enhanced my stay despite the fact that it was a short stay, she was able to provide us with all the satisfaction we needed for all our requests, impeccable and incredible service!!! You can go there with your eyes closed, whether it's the maintenance of the rooms at a wow hygiene level, the delicious food at more than reasonable prices, or access to the wellness area in complete privacy. There's nothing to complain about, just a big thank you.

Nous avons très bien mangé, la carte n'est pas très étoffée mais les plats présentés sont excellent , très bonne viande et conseils et accueil de Vicente très bons.
