An excellent experience! The hotel was very pleasant, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The stay was only one night, but it's an experience I'd love to repeat! I highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the room was very nice and very clean. It's a shame there was only one restaurant (room service closed at 10 pm). And again, a big thank you to the very helpful night porter for his kindness.

A hotel that was certainly exceptional a few years ago but is now in need of a refresh. The directions were printed on laminated A4 sheets, the shower head was miraculously still attached, the suite had no storage space for clothes, the ceiling was practically dismantled, and the spa, while very pleasant, also desperately needed updating. The staff, however, were excellent, well done. The breakfast was very good. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very well located. The service is quite acceptable. The rooms are spacious. One small drawback: the bedding and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable.

23/03/2026: Excellent experience at The Queen Victoria on Marseille's Old Port. A charming place with a truly unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're experiencing a special moment, almost outside of time. The ambiance is warm, friendly, and authentic, ideal for a wonderful evening with friends or simply enjoying the setting. You immediately feel at ease, carried away by the energy of the place and the beauty of the surroundings of the Old Port. A real gem, both for the pub's spirit and the quality of the time spent there. I will gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a lively, pleasant, and memorable spot in Marseille.
