Great hotel with friendly and useful staff! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to place in a nice and centrally located hotel in Marseille by the Prado beach.

Very nice hotel with a good location and very welcoming staff. Only the rooms were too small for 3 people. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We haven't had television for over two days, and the entire hotel and reception keep telling us a technician is coming. It's ridiculous!

Two nights with breakfast for €350 (group price) – honestly, it's not worth it at all. The room was poorly laid out and noisy with cars. Poor value for money. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The service would have been 5 stars if the restaurant had been open and accessible. It's a shame we were only informed at the last minute. The person on the phone kindly offered to cancel our reservation, but it was noon, so a bit late to change hotels. The restaurant was booked for a private event for 15 days, so there was no bar or restaurant service, which was a shame given the 100 km/h winds. Apart from that, it's a lovely hotel, and they even offered us free parking.

Honestly disappointed, especially considering the price of the room. The single beds had a sagging slump right down the middle. The mattress had been changed because the staff hadn't included their commitments regarding the bedding in the email. (Two single beds instead of one large double bed) Water isn't freely available and is rationed. One bottle per room (for two people) per night. Yet, the following night, I wasn't given any water and was even redirected to the restaurant to be charged €7 for a small bottle of water plus a service charge. Some staff members were helpful (restaurant staff, one or two people at reception), but otherwise, the communication was curt. Again, surprising given the service normally provided and the price of the room. However, the hotel also has some good qualities, and not all the staff are as described. This is why I'm not giving it one star.
