We tried this establishment during the Arcachon Bay fire and have absolutely no regrets about our discovery. Superb establishment, generous cuisine, excellent service. We highly recommend it.

While visiting the area, we tried this restaurant and were delighted. It has a lovely shaded terrace out back, the staff is welcoming, the food is good, and the service is quick. The daily special is very reasonably priced and generous. It's located along the road, but there's parking nearby.

The restaurant truly lives up to its name, "authentic." Great restaurant, excellent service, and above all, generous portions at a very reasonable price, which is quite rare these days. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return.

A very well-run establishment with a relaxed atmosphere and incredibly generous portions. Even their small platters are enough for two people, and the rest of the menu is equally well-presented. The prices are more than reasonable, and almost everything is homemade. I highly recommend it.

I happened to have lunch at this restaurant with colleagues and was very pleasantly surprised. The food is excellent, the meats are too, and they're cooked to perfection. The service is impeccable and very friendly. I'll be back! 😎

25/04/2026: Good, generous portions. The daily menu is limited to one starter and one main course; depending on your preferences, there are no other options besides the à la carte menu, but the prices remain reasonable.
04/04/2026: Table reserved for 6 people at 8:30 pm on a Friday. As soon as we arrived, the waitress wanted to take our order. We asked her to come back later as we hadn't seen the menus yet. She returned and took our order for aperitifs and main courses. Immediately after, aperitifs, main courses, and a glass of wine were served... all at the same time. We didn't even have time to enjoy our aperitifs in peace. We weren't about to order a second aperitif or a charcuterie board. Then she came to clear the table while one of us hadn't finished. We reprimanded her and asked if she wanted to kick us out. She took our dessert and coffee orders and brought them immediately. Again, we had barely finished before she cleared the table and even brought out the carafe of water. At 10:30 pm, we went to the till and expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner. I wanted to recommend this establishment to my friends, but they won't be coming back. It's appalling. The waitress was rude. And she practically kicked us out. You're going to lose customers. The food was good, but the service was shameful.
