We had a very pleasant time. The welcome was truly excellent. The atmosphere was intimate with soft music. The cuisine was prepared with fresh, local produce. The menu was short, which, for me, was a testament to the quality of the ingredients. The dishes were artfully prepared and made us want to taste them. The harmony of flavors was truly exceptional. It was my first time there, and everything was perfect. The service was impeccable, with timely service without excessive or rushed waiting. The waiters and waitresses were incredibly attentive. I recommend this place to all lovers of good food and to anyone who wants to have a unique experience. Thank you all for this unforgettable moment. We were given this experience as a gift, and it's one of the most beautiful gifts we've ever received.

Superb restaurant, very friendly, fantastic, absolutely top-notch, with a small castle next door. The weekly menu was excellent, the fish was delicious. Children's menu €15 (starter, main course, dessert), cooked to perfection! Fries cooked in beef fat 🐂

A wonderful discovery in Oudon: La Villa Saint-Germain. Refined, inventive, and perfectly executed cuisine that showcases the ingredients with great precision. We particularly enjoyed the prawn ravioli with their bisque and tonka bean emulsion—both flavorful and original. The tuna tataki was also excellent, cooked to perfection and wonderfully fresh. Special mention goes to the desserts, especially the raspberry, bell pepper-lemon, pistachio, and fleur de sel combination: fresh, tangy, crunchy, and surprising. The more indulgent ice cream sundae also delighted us with its blend of vanilla, peanut, praline, and warm chocolate. Elegant, creative, and personal cuisine in a warm and intimate setting. A truly wonderful restaurant to discover in Oudon, which I wholeheartedly recommend.

An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! We went as a couple and had an exceptional time. Everything was impeccable: the dishes, the cocktails, the wine… every detail was perfect. The flavors were incredibly well-balanced; everything was just right, subtle, and flawlessly executed. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise. It's the kind of meal where every bite is a true pleasure. The service was on par with everything else: attentive, friendly, and efficient, without ever overshadowing the absolutely remarkable cuisine. A huge congratulations to the entire team!
