The setting is beautiful, calming, and relaxing, making each workout truly enjoyable. The only slight drawback is that the classes mix all levels without any clear distinction. You therefore need to try several sessions before finding one that truly suits your fitness level.

Pauline is a very skilled massager and knows how to balance gentleness and firmness. Massage Experience with Cécile. Excellent one-hour Ayurvedic massage. Cécile was very gentle and attentive. A truly delicate massage, just as requested. Herbal tea was offered before or after the massage. A warm welcome.
