We dined at Villa 9 Trois for the third time. The food was absolutely excellent, sophisticated, and original. The wine pairing enhanced the flavors of the dishes. The service was, as always, perfect. We absolutely loved our evening at Villa 9 Trois.

The outdoor setting is very pleasant, the interior is understated, and the food and presentation were excellent. The menu offered a good selection of flavors, except the skate was too salty. One minor point: one of the waiters was a bit too familiar (calling my 62-year-old mother by her first name...), and the presentation of the dishes was a little too rushed and not detailed enough. A good restaurant worth discovering.

A surprisingly charming restaurant in a bucolic spot in Montreuil. Lunch for four with a reservation on the terrace. The feeling of being in the countryside, in complete tranquility on a beautiful day. Impeccable service, and the sommelier offered excellent advice. We ordered: Appetizers Aïoli Anchovy dip Cuttlefish Main Courses Sweetbreads Wine: Chardonnay Desserts Vacherin cheesecake Toasted brioche Everything was remarkably refined and the flavors were perfectly harmonious, always with a touch of originality. A huge congratulations to the chefs, who truly deserve their Michelin star.

A very beautiful place. The food is excellent. It's a shame we had rain and couldn't enjoy the terrace. Such is the vagaries of the weather.

What a culinary delight! We discovered Sylvain Grosjean's cuisine through a six-course tasting menu. Great care was taken with the preparations, the cooking and seasoning were perfectly executed. The anchovy dip was a pure marvel, as was the John Dory, cooked to a pearly white, with its herbaceous broth. The veal fillet with capers and a reduced jus was magnificent. The welcome and service were attentive and responsive. Everything was perfect. We had an excellent evening. Bravo to the entire team!

We had booked a table several days in advance, in 38°C weather, hoping to enjoy the lovely terrace. Upon arrival, the rain and the 17°C temperature meant we had to dine inside. The dark decor hadn't changed in ages. Our table was framed by pendant lights, one of which wasn't working. The lighting was dim, and the menu difficult to read. We ultimately opted for the "Saveurs" menu, which seemed well-structured and proved to be perfectly executed. This cuisine deserved its star: the presentation, taste, and cooking were all well-executed. The only unpleasant detail: the Loire red wine we chose was unfortunately served at room temperature, which was too warm, without the sommelier seeming to care. Ultimately, the food confirmed the restaurant's Michelin star status, but the dining experience—between the dated decor, insufficient lighting, and less-than-perfect wine service—left a more mixed impression.
