Vinayaka sur Bordeaux

Small Indian and Sri Lankan restaurant. The cuisine is relatively good. The price is right for this type of place. I appreciated having a real choice of vegetarian dishes. The lassis are friendly. The place is a bit small (around twenty seats) and lacks a bit of atmosphere. The service is a little long. There is a small step at the entrance and this could make it difficult for wheelchairs to come. On the parking side it's complicated but still doable. Reservations strongly recommended!

Very good meal offered by friends on groupon, unfortunately when paying, great disappointment. It was not the correct restaurant even though at the top of the correct one it was marked the street where the restaurant where we had dinner is located. The same restaurant is 500 meters away in another street and it offers exactly the same prices and discounts on groupon. Coincidence or proven scam?

We ordered: the beef rouleaux, fish cutlets, Jaffna chicken, kotthu roti and not a false note. We didn't want full on Sri Lankan heat, so he made it well spiced. The fried rouleaux and cutlets were crispy, not oily. The helpings of the mains are big.

Although modest and unpretentious, Vinayaka is a small, no-fuss Indian restaurant that will take you on a journey with its scents and spices to the surroundings of the Taj Mahal..! Very good value for money !

Une réservation faite entre Noël et le jour de l'an pour le déjeuner, mais en arrivant c'est fermé. A force d'insister quelqu'un nous indique qu'il faut aller à l'autre (vers la Victoire) .......sans commentaire ! C'est la 2eme fois de l'année qu'on se bute à une porte fermée, alors que c'est bon et peu cher .

Très bonne cuisine, un patron aimable et ouvert à la discussion. Pour ma part, j'ai pris un poulet tikka masala avec du riz à part pour un total de 15€ ce qui reste raisonnable. Le seul bémol était au niveau du poulet qui semblait manquer d'un petit peu de cuisson et l'assiette qui n'était pas des plus propres. Je tiens à souligner que la sauce était exquise.

Really disappointing. I can't remember a restaurant so lacking in atmosphere. Other diners would have been a help. The food was ok but I am certain that a microwave did most of the work.

Je ne dirai qu'une seule chose : même si Vous attendez un peu, ça vaut Vraiment// Le Coup d'Attendre ! 🙂 J'ai commandé des "Begnets Mixtes aubergines-oignons", et Quelle Explosion De Saveurs pour le Palais ! Si Bon que j'en ai commandé une autre fois et fait mon repas avec ! 😀

Très bonne adresse ! Nous sommes venus à 6 et c’était excellent et très copieux !
