Very nice terrace Refined cuisine But service a little complicated Aperitif barely served until the starters arrived But not the wine

We arrived with my parents on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. We were very well received: warm welcome, table outside but in the shade as we wanted, the waiters were top notch. The dishes are incredible and the atmosphere is family-friendly. In short, what more can I say except “Go for it!!!”

What joy these dishes are rich in flavors, with a subtle balance. Very professional, I recommend without hesitation.

B&F had the pleasure of visiting its neighbor, Le Vangelique restaurant, and it was an exceptional culinary experience. I think this is one of the best addresses that I have the pleasure of sharing with you. The elegant setting creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes: if I had to describe them, I would say that they exceeded my expectations, both for the eyes and for the taste buds. The presentation is simply sublime. No need to add a single grain of salt. Dessert: a real explosion of flavors in the mouth. Honestly, reading the dessert on the daily menu, I wouldn’t have bet on it. But when the host told me that these were desserts made on site, I let myself be tempted and I was completely won over. I’m not even talking about their artisanal ice creams that I had the pleasure of tasting! So, are you wondering what makes this restaurant different from another? It’s the exceptional quality of the dishes, but also the impeccable service. No need to ask for water, everything is anticipated with careful attention. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Killian, who not only listens to his customers, but whose professionalism and kindness enhance the culinary experience. Then what I also love is all these little extras that the restaurant offers. A generous accompaniment with the aperitif and sweets with the coffee. These attentions are rare these days and it is crucial to highlight them. In summary, Le Vangelique is not just a restaurant, it is a complete and refined culinary experience. A very nice restaurant with a magnificent, leafy interior terrace, all in the center of Poitiers. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to the head waiter, Kyllian, who is very professional and offers excellent advice on food and wine pairings, and who successfully embodies his role as maître d'hôtel.
