Hello everyone, a great address, finally a gem!!!! A real culinary pleasure with healthy, seasonal, local products and work with love. A cellar to make Bacchus pale 😀. All served with the Love of others. Perfection is THERE or not far away!!! Lovers of good, friendly and enriching evenings, you have come to the right address!!! I recommend 300% and we will come back on a Saturday evening for the fondue 🥰!!!! Chartreuse lovers go your way or camp in front of this address until it opens 🤣. Émilie, the chef, cooks delicious local and seasonal products. Everything is fresh and perfectly seasoned. In the dining room, Lucas offers very warm service and excellent advice for choosing wine. The concept of sharing plates allows you to taste lots of different dishes. It was an exceptional gastronomic experience. As soon as we left the restaurant, we were already thinking about coming back.

We had dinner at L'Esquirou this Saturday evening, and it was a memorable discovery. All the dishes were exquisite, refined, with original and perfectly balanced flavors. The wine list is also a marvel, each choice was a treat. Lucas knows his products and their history like the back of his hand, and shares his passion with enthusiasm, making the experience even more sublime. A real gem, not to be missed!

An address not to be missed in Capbreton! Lucas and Emilie are very welcoming. We enjoy discovering local specialties. Let yourself be guided by the advice of Lucas, who is passionate about his profession. Everything was excellent. Absolutely worth testing!!

This was by far mine and my partner’s favourite restaurant in the Capbreton-Hossegor area during our stay for the summer season. We came for dinner twice, and each time the food, service and atmosphere were beyond exceptional. They have a small menu that is rotated with seasonal and local produce to create unique, modern French dishes. The owner is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about his wine list and Chartreuse offering! Very accommodating and friendly towards English speakers. Would highly recommend to any visiting tourists. We can’t wait to come back ☺️

An address not to be missed during your visit to Cape Breton. A warm welcome, excellent advice on wines, and a delicious menu. Big up for the whiting cheeks and the praline salad. Long live mamou prunes! We will come back to see them 🐿️🐿️ ♡

We came Monday evening and we were very well received! The dishes are fresh, original and simply excellent. Lucas took the time to explain the menu to us, the concept and to advise us on the wine.
