VINS SUR 20 sur Talmont-Saint-Hilaire

05/04/2024: Discovered by chance while looking for a place to eat after returning from a hike, this restaurant offers very good cuisine and very friendly owners. From rack of lamb to scallops, frog legs and even desserts, I highly recommend stopping there.

31/03/2024: visit in March 2024, restaurant chosen based on Google reviews. Clean restaurant with pleasant decoration. Excellent, original and quality cuisine. We opted for the menu at 28 euros (starter + main course + dessert) and we were not disappointed. revisited dishes: mackerel gravlax and beetroot mousseline for one and shallot tarte tatin with cheese mousse for the other as a starter...the main course, hake on a bed of cabbage and small bacon bits. ..the sauce a treat... for dessert we opted for the Vendée lost brioche with ice cream and salted caramel sauce... we really enjoyed this sophisticated cuisine and we will not fail to return there during our next stay.
