A magical moment in La Flotte
We had a wonderful evening at L’Écailler. The place is steeped in history and the decor is incredibly charming.
It's a magnificent journey along the water… We loved the cuisine with its wonderfully delicate flavors.
The wine pairing with the tasting menu was perfect. An exceptional champagne. The staff is truly attentive, very friendly, and approachable. A huge congratulations on the Michelin star; it's richly deserved!

A delight!
The first Michelin-starred restaurant on the Île de Ré, finally, despite Chef Arthur's young age. Absolutely delicious!
In the magnificent dining room, Louis, only slightly older, offers original wines at reasonable prices.
A must-try, especially since, despite the star, the prices haven't changed 🙏
