The dishes are original and offer a nice continuity. The regrettable points are more about the service; we would have liked to be consulted before opening a second bottle of water... and the atmosphere could be much more subdued and intimate. Dining out, beyond the culinary adventure, is also about socializing. And sharing conversations with other diners shouldn't necessarily be on the menu!

The location on the port of La Flotte is beautiful. The service is of very high quality, with very attentive staff. The dishes served offered a magnificent gastronomic journey with surprising flavor combinations. The wine pairings were fabulous. Overall, our experience at L'Ecailler restaurant was magical. Everything was perfect, from the warm and friendly welcome to the final course of this excellent cuisine.
The flavors, seasonings, and sauces were simply marvelous.
The decor, renovated by the new owners, is magnificent, and everything is designed to ensure a truly enjoyable experience.
