We were thrilled! Our dinner tonight was outstanding – the appetizers (pea soup and trout tartare), the main courses (duck and pork shoulder), and the desserts (tiramisu and raspberry sauce) were all delicious. The Aussau beer and the two glasses of red wine were also excellent. There were two of us, and we were seated immediately without a reservation. Thank you so much for the fantastic service – everything was very quick, and we felt completely taken care of.

A delightful discovery we made for lunch and dinner. The welcome was perfect, the dishes excellent, and the low-temperature cooking superb. If we return to Pau, we'll definitely make a detour. Don't change a thing, everything is top-notch. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service from a very pleasant young man who knew his menu well.
The meal was excellent; the trout tartare was divine.
One thing to note: you need to appreciate sweet and savory combinations in some dishes.
I loved this restaurant before the change of ownership, and I love it now too. A wonderful discovery! Thank you.

A wonderful discovery with a new menu. The service was impeccable, and the food was just as delicious!
We met the manager…a super welcoming, sociable, and very friendly person!
