Very good restaurant, the service is very friendly. Little extra for the open kitchen. We had the 3 course menu which was excellent. Special mention for the adaptation of the menu to gluten-free and lactose-free for me.

We had dinner at this restaurant this evening and everything was fabulous.
The service was really great, the waitress was very smiling.
Excellent cuisine both in flavors and presentation. Excellent value for money.
The boss is also very pleasant.
Thank you for this wonderful moment, we will come back without hesitation 🫶

Among the best addresses in Toulouse.
A no-frills, pleasant setting that leaves room for quality dishes and service worthy of the name.
Many restaurants today hide behind the reputation of the dishes while neglecting the service. Here, the symbiosis is perfect!
We had the food and wine pairing which was perfect.

Very good time spent at Vivants!
The cuisine is qualitative, the mixtures are surprising but delicious.
We also received very good advice on wine.
The staff is particularly pleasant and the atmosphere warm.
We highly recommend this place!

Client régulier de ce restaurant depuis son ouverture en 2019 je suis surpris des changements fréquents des équipes ces derniers mois et le plaisir s'estompe.
La carte prévue pour changer tous les 21 jours affiche trop souvent les gnocchis, l'œuf parfait, ... L'accueil et le service sont aussi à la baisse comme la hauteur du liquide pour le vin servi au verre. Et l'équipe en cuisine est vite "dans le jus" si la salle est pleine.

Le midi,26 € pour une proposition entrée – plat – dessert,c’est très bien.
L’entrée,le takaki de bœuf était très bonne.Le merlu est excellent.
Malheureusement le dessert (l’abricot Rôti au miel et à la verveine / Crumble au grué de cacao Glace chocolat piment / Gel citron) était plutôt moyen.Quant à la sélection de vin au verre elle est assez décevante. On est dans la tendance petit pépites que je vais vous faire découvrir qui ne sont en vérité que des vins très moyen.
