Excelent reception . The reception and catering staff were impeccable. At the Ibis style and classic chain, it was the place I received the best service. Many congratulations to the Ibis Style Douai team.

Easy parking, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Had a great stay here to watch a concert at the nearby Gayant Expo.

The staff is great. Everything is done to feel good. I had a pleasant time in this hotel. Small note, that there is no Name Tag on the staff's clothing.

We only went to the restaurant where we were very well received. The appetizer board was plentiful and we ate very well afterwards.

An Ibis Styles hotel with a restaurant and secure parking. The rooms are very pleasant, nicely decorated and well insulated. Good bedding and impeccable cleanliness. Wide choice for breakfasts. Electric charging stations. Dinner for 8 guests. A meal and service at the top. The team is great. We will come back with pleasure. Visited in March (3 rooms, 5 adults, 2 children and a dog).

When we arrived, the two people at reception were very welcoming and smiling. The room was very pretty, well decorated. It was very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Perfect place, delicious meal and more than charming welcome on the evenings of March 21 and 22, 2021.

The bed is comfortable and a big screen TV is always nice. Note the excellent Wi-Fi connection in the room, powerful and stable, and a decent restaurant as well. Only downside: the cleanliness, particularly of the bathroom with dust on the hair dryer, the socket of the towel dryer mounted upside down next to the shower, with water which can seep in, paint which flakes because it is not suitable for damp rooms... But the quality/price ratio remains very correct
