I went to dinner last night at the restaurant and the experience was really successful! Chef Yann is passionate about Japanese cuisine, he lived in Japan for more than 10 years and it shows a lot! The Karaage and chashudon were delicious! Anne the waitress was really friendly and welcoming! The traditional masu sake tasting was also an excellent discovery! I sincerely recommend this restaurant

I would have liked to like it, the reviews made me want it and we were disappointed. My dish wasn't bad but nothing more. The broth of the soba is particular and was really not to the taste of the person who had it (even though they are used to real Japanese restaurants). The price is also a little high, with a few euros less we would not have had the same expectation. Too bad because the location is perfect and the team seems friendly.

I enjoy it regularly, lunch break during long bike rides. Ramen is delicious, tasty, gourmet. Candied chashu. In short, a treat.

We ate a vegetarian rice dish, which disappointed us as much by the quantity of foods other than rice and all that for 14 euros (!!!)

Don't let roadworks stop you! Nostalgic for Japanese cuisine after a trip, or simply curious gourmets come and taste dishes from Japan, you will not be disappointed!

Very good time, I stopped by to eat at the rickshaw, I only had the opportunity to taste the ramen which is to die for. Thank you for now I will come back

Une cuisine délicieuse ! Nous sommes ravis d'avoir découvert ce restaurant de passage à Arles. Salade d'algues, enfin une vraie ! L'entrée avec mayonnaise piquante et poulet était goûteuse. Les deux plats de ramen essayés étaient parfaits, avec garniture généreuse, bouillon savoureux. A noter, une bière japonaise ambrée qui a du goût ! Notre seul regret, être rassasiés et ne pas avoir craqué pour un dessert.

05/09/2023: The best sandwich of my life happened here! Incredibly sweet owner of the establishment. To everyone who finds themselves near the Van Gogh cafe, I would recommend just taking a photo of it and going to Coco for a snack ❤️

17/09/2023: It’s a shame that this restaurant, despite being the first sushi restaurant in Arles and a great location, has not improved and diversified its products. The competition being there, it is difficult to say that the sushi still holds up in terms of taste. Small portions, little to no flavors. Damage ! I'm not talking about the decor, more Greco-Roman than Japanese. I give 3 stars for the cuisine because it is a precursor of sushi in Arles, otherwise I would have given 2. Ugh service! A breeze... And cold, Arlesian style, and this despite a reservation. (reservation which can only be made for the interior, not for the terrace, unless of course there is space on the terrace when you arrive)
09/08/2023: We usually have them delivered to Arles. There we took the time to sit on the small terrace right next to the arena. The waitress was very attentive to us, pleasant and gave good advice. The meal was excellent, it was perfect.
