Waffle Factory sur Reichstett

My drink was missing from the tray. I went to the employee who asked, "Are you sure?" I was so surprised to hear that! I invited him to check for himself, and he confirmed that the tray was supposed to contain five items but only had four! In short, not to mention the cleanliness of the place... it's not what it used to be! I'm disappointed!

Fast service, welcoming and professional staff!

We arrived and there was no one inside… Well, we figured it wasn't noon yet (11:45). No one came to explain how to order, we just figured it out ourselves… It would have been nice to have some better displays. Anyway, next time I'll check the bill first! €12 for a waffle with a little chicken and a drink is a bit pricey. The sweet waffle was good, well… thankfully with all the extras! They should provide cutlery (fork/knife).
