Waffle Factory, France sur Beziers

Excellent experience: lovely staff, especially one young man this Saturday: the one who made the waffles and took the cash register (very charming). His delightful and infectious smile was a pure joy, and I haven't even mentioned his wonderful exotic accent… Thank you, "Günt's Order"! 😁😂👌

Good experience overall, the waffles were delicious, and the staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. Thanks for the can of soda! Looking at other reviews and based on today's experience, I understand that the problem stems from uncivilized, unclean, and disrespectful people who show a lack of consideration for others' work. We first encountered this chain in Marseille, and that location was much better. The food was exactly the same—the waffles were very good—but the cleanliness and staff service could be improved. They didn't clean the tables; they weren't busy and chatted amongst themselves while several tables could have been cleaned. The trash cans were filthy, and the impression it gives, especially being in a well-maintained shopping center, is a real letdown.

Whenever I'm passing through Béziers, I always stop to eat the magnificent waffle 🧇

It's a shame, the waffles are very good, but the cleanliness needs improvement, tables, rooms etc.
