Customer for 16 years, I come every week! I recommend 100%. The manager is very pleasant, she always looks for a way to please you with a smile. The waffles are always excellent and very good value for money. Plus the toppings are generous.

Waffle Factory is, originally, truly one of my favorite places in Valenciennes! Their waffles are delicious and the staff has always been very pleasant to me. The BIG downside for me is the prices. 5 or 6 years ago I went there, and took 2 white chocolate waffines for my sister and me, and paid 5€ for both. Today, I discovered that a single waffle costs around €4.50. I want the prices to increase but this is really not normal. Knowing that many young people/students come to eat, offering waffles at this price is incomprehensible. It's a shame because it was flawless for me for a very long time, but a waffle for 4€50 eaten in 4 bites is more than excessive.

Having come several times with family, I highly recommend this friendly place where the service is always very friendly even at a late hour!

I have already ordered several times and I notice that the quantities of Nutella filling from one employee to another decrease significantly with each order, which is a shame given the price. That said, the waffle remains excellent.
