Wagyu Restaurant 1129 - Iiniku sur Paris

An absolutely incredible culinary experience. The atmosphere is very warm and quiet, which is much appreciated. The waitress is very helpful and attentive. The meats live up to their reputation. Incredibly tender. The only slight drawback is the heat, which starts to build up as the barbecues are running, despite the portable air conditioning in the restaurant. Towards the end of the meal, I was starting to get quite hot.

This is a high-end yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant that meets 100% Japanese standards. It's by far the best yakiniku I've had in Paris. There are also private rooms in the basement, making it suitable for business dinners.

We returned to introduce this restaurant to our family (there were six of us). The dishes and the meat were as delicious as ever. The staff were attentive and offered helpful advice. Truly an excellent place!
