Such a wonderful hotel! The staff was amazing, super accommodating and helpful and they really went above and beyond to make sure our stay with our kids was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and they even gave each kid a little teddy bear upon check in. Loved it.

Amazing experience at Hotel Wallace! The hotel is well located in a quiet area and very close to public transportation, which made getting around Paris very convenient We would also like to thank Erika for being so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!

Service was great and prompt, beds were comfortable Ignacio was very informative about the city during my visit!

Our room was fine, small but clean but the bathroom was large. We booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We could see the top half but it was almost a mile away. The actual area the hotel is in is starting to get a bit run down. That being said, we felt safe in the area. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. Rooftop bar was a bonus, nice space!

xcellent location, wonderful staff and a very Parisian feel The Wallace Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Paris. The location is excellent. It sits in that perfect part of the city where you feel like you are living locally, but you are still within easy walking distance of major landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Rodin Museum. It is also very convenient for business. I have been able to walk to a number of offices and meetings from the hotel, which makes a big difference when you are in Paris on a busy schedule. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, relaxed and genuinely helpful, which gives the hotel a very easy going feel. I also love the small touches, such as the little cake at reception. When you are rushing around Paris and realise you have forgotten to eat, it is a very welcome detail. There is also a lovely outdoor balcony area where you can sit quietly and take a moment to yourself. The gym downstairs is a little unusual, but in a charming way. It feels like part of the broader Parisian experience rather than a standard corporate hotel setup. Overall, the Wallace is a great hotel with real character. Excellent staff, a superb location, and a warm, local feel that makes staying there very enjoyable.

Friendly front desk staff, was double upgraded and had a wonderful stay near many many restaurants...they went out of their way to have toom ready due to an early arrival....cant ask for much more...

Room was great and clean. The breakfast had lots of delicious options. As for two ladies being out at night the area was very safe. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.
