Wallstreet im Hamilton sur Brest

18/08/2026: I'm a regular customer of Boulangerie Ange in Brest, especially for their bread. It's excellent and freezes very well. If the bakers are attentive throughout the artisanal baking process, I haven't found better value for money in Brest, particularly when buying Ange's bulk loaves. Right now, however, I'm a bit frustrated because the bread slicer has been out of order for over three weeks. As a result, I can no longer buy specialty breads in bulk to freeze. It's time to get the technical department moving to quickly resolve this unfortunate situation. Good luck!

16/08/2026: I discovered this lovely bakery just steps from my home in March 2025 and was won over by its location, the quality and quantity of its baked goods, and the courteous welcome from the staff. You can have lunch and dinner in the communal dining area, and if you come on a sunny day, enjoy the products on the terrace at a small round table. I'm in heaven here. One small drawback: on my birthday, I didn't receive my complimentary cake because there are conditions to meet. When it's busy, the communal dining area is like a fairground. Too noisy!
