A wonderful discovery. Friendly welcome. Our meals were excellent, freshly cooked, and the gourmet coffee at the end was generous and plentiful. A very good place to eat.

Had a lovely time sitting on the terrace at the foot of the Pont de Pierre at Wasabi Café. Traditional Japanese food such as sushi, sashimi, and poke bowls. Very tasty and nice, efficient service!

The sushi was incredibly high quality; it's a pleasure to finally taste flavorful fish! The waitress was extremely kind; she took my celiac disease into account and gave me a gluten-free soy sauce. She assured me that every dish was suitable for me.

What a wonderful discovery at Place de Stalingrad! I was immediately captivated by the exquisite taste and presentation of the dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious. The edible flower arranged on the sushi platter added a truly delightful touch of freshness and delicacy. I will definitely be back.

I wondered why these sushi places seemed slightly more expensive than the competition. After my visit, I can say it's due to the quality, the generous portions of fish, the freshness of the vegetables, the very pleasant dining area, and the warm welcome. Very happy. Thank you so much.

09/09/2026: I often walked past, thinking I should try it one day, but the crowds always held me back. Now I understand why. Starting with gyozas, which unfortunately weren't to my taste (too much garlic), their ramen was incredibly comforting, as was their warm welcome. The broth is flavorful without being overpowering. Everything is perfectly balanced, right down to the portion size, which I found just right. The fact that the food is prepared right in front of you creates a lively and convivial atmosphere rarely found in French restaurants. I'm so glad I discovered this place and I highly recommend it.
08/09/2026: Were we really in France? We still wonder after two years of going to this restaurant. Exceptional food, fast service, and always with a smile! Surely the best ramen in France, at least for us. Thanks to the whole team! 🫶🏻
