Wasabi café sur Bordeaux

An excellent Japanese restaurant that stands out for the freshness of its fish. We particularly enjoyed the gyozas and the chef's chirashi, which was original with its notes of pomegranate and edamame. The Sando menu is very comprehensive (sushi, sashimi, maki, skewers, soup, and salad), but it could benefit from more authentic rice; the one served resembled lightly seasoned basmati, which contrasted somewhat with the quality of the rest of the meal.

I regularly eat at Wasabi Café, and I think I've tried almost everything on the menu. I'm finally getting around to writing a review, something I don't usually do. The first thing that strikes me is their dedication to doing things well and making customers feel welcome. All the staff are very friendly, and the cuisine is precise and well-thought-out. The freshness of the ingredients and the expertise of the sushi chef are undeniable. I recommend everyone make it a regular spot or come back occasionally. A wonderful discovery! This trendy restaurant has a warm welcome from the staff. The service is quite fast, the food is delicious, and it offers good value for money, including vegetarian options. Plus, the restaurant has a partnership with the local cinema, allowing you to get tickets at very attractive prices when you have a meal there (during the times indicated on site). We'll be back! 👍🏻

It had been a long time since I'd treated myself to Japanese food. My takeout order was ready quickly. Thank you for the warm welcome and the delicious meal; I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nothing to complain about...everything to commend. Reasonable prices. Well-prepared dishes (very thin beef and cheese skewers). Good quality fish. Perfect dessert (matcha tea cake). A great place.
