An excellent Japanese restaurant that stands out for the freshness of its fish. We particularly enjoyed the gyozas and the chef's chirashi, which was original with its notes of pomegranate and edamame. The Sando menu is very comprehensive (sushi, sashimi, maki, skewers, soup, and salad), but it could benefit from more authentic rice; the one served resembled lightly seasoned basmati, which contrasted somewhat with the quality of the rest of the meal.

I regularly eat at Wasabi Café, and I think I've tried almost everything on the menu. I'm finally getting around to writing a review, something I don't usually do. The first thing that strikes me is their dedication to doing things well and making customers feel welcome. All the staff are very friendly, and the cuisine is precise and well-thought-out. The freshness of the ingredients and the expertise of the sushi chef are undeniable. I recommend everyone make it a regular spot or come back occasionally.
