The restaurant experience was very pleasant. However, I was generally disappointed by the quality of the Welsh rarebit, which was lumpy. I've tasted much better in other Lille pubs.

A very good restaurant in Lille.
They serve regional specialties (like Welsh rarebit) at a reasonable price and of good quality.
We had a reservation and were warmly welcomed.
It's best to book ahead as this restaurant is popular.
We'll be back!

We had a fantastic time at L’Estaminet du Welsh! The meals were generous and delicious. The service was also very pleasant, with waitresses who were attentive to the customers. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

A fantastic time at this wonderful pub! We were a group of eight and the welcome was perfect. We all ordered Welsh rarebit and it was excellent: generous, delicious, and lived up to the pub's reputation. Warm service, smiling and friendly staff from start to finish. I highly recommend this place!

Wow a wonderful lunch - it’s was very busy on a Saturday afternoon do booking us essential. The mixed platter and the Welsh was great - loved the triple secret red beer. Definitely a great place to eat

A superb place to eat Welsh rarebit. You get your money's worth, and the service is very friendly and relaxed. I arrived to eat alone, and there was space, but I think it's still advisable to book in advance given the restaurant's popularity.

A great experience in many ways: a fantastic atmosphere, excellent and friendly waiters, and finally, the discovery of Welsh rarebit... a typical dish, a bit heavy 🤣🤣, but delicious 👌 I highly recommend this restaurant 🤗🤗
