Honestly, a nice place with a good atmosphere. The food isn't gourmet, but it's perfectly decent and consistent with the price range. The service is pleasant, the setting is nice, and the value for money is fair. A good place for a simple meal in a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere.

I was looking for a brasserie near my home for lunch and I decided on Wine Not in Baillargues, a place I already knew since I'd spent a few evenings there. 🍷 This time, I discovered it from a different perspective, by coming for lunch. I chose the ribeye steak, which was cooked exactly as I requested. The meat was very good and well-cooked, which is obviously essential for this type of dish. I ordered the barbecue sauce to go with it. However, there was a slight drawback: the taste was closer to ketchup than a true barbecue sauce. It's a shame, because a sauce with a more pronounced barbecue flavor would have really complemented the meat. The menu offers a fairly wide selection. Everyone can easily find something they like, which is a real plus when you're dining with a group. As for the service, no complaints: we were very warmly welcomed and served quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The establishment is generally very welcoming, and I also appreciated the changes to the decor. It has evolved since my previous visits and now adds even more charm and personality to the place. ✨😊

We discovered this establishment quite by chance. There's no such thing as chance, after all 😉. We were won over by the service, the accessibility, the atmosphere, the decor, and of course, the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's now a firm favorite and one of our go-to spots. Kudos to the entire team who also take the time to chat with their customers.
