The sauerkraut is excellent... one of the best we've ever had. The setting is authentic and quite intimate. The wines are good value for money, which is rare these days in restaurants.

While visiting Alsace, we were looking for a restaurant serving Alsatian specialties. We were pleasantly surprised. Upon entering, we were immediately immersed in the region's typical decor. The welcome was very warm, the portions generous, and the desserts delicious. If you're looking for authentic Alsatian cuisine, you've come to the right place. A pleasant time spent in a friendly, if slightly old-fashioned, atmosphere. The food is delicious, cooked "just like at home." Warm welcome and quick service. I highly recommend it. The only downside is the parking. But go for it; the walk works up an appetite and aids digestion.

This restaurant deserves far more than its 4.4 rating! Located right in the city center, time seems to have stood still in this place where the service and the food are reminiscent of a bygone era when things were done properly! The menu is short (which is a very good sign), but without a doubt, the best sauerkraut I've ever had! No frills, just delicious, delicious food, and true professionals!

There were six of us dining in the evening during the Christmas market. A truly wonderful discovery! The service was quick and very pleasant. And the food was a real treat: sauerkraut, baeckeoffe, and cordon bleu. Homemade, delicious, and generous portions. You absolutely must go. Congratulations!
