My experience was a shared Tarte Flambée paired with a good Alsatian wine. Perfect for dinner.

I had a delicious cheese tarte flambé. I went during the Christmas market season and the restaurant was decorated for the occasion. The staff was very friendly.

There were six of us here, and we ate tarte flambée and drank Gewürztraminer. We were recommended the 0.75l bottle, but it's more expensive (per liter)... unnecessary profiteering by the waiter.

A touristy spot, right next to where the boat tours depart, but very pleasant, to enjoy Tarte Flambée (a very thin pastry like 🍕), very good, and warm accompanied by a delicious white wine from Alsace, it's perfect.

Tasty flammkuchen. Beautiful location. It was amazing how the waitress restored calm by distracting a screaming toddler with a bubble blower.

Passing through Colmar, I had lunch there one April day when it was still manageable. The welcome was very good, and the food was well-prepared and well-executed. A small starter would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, I recommend this place.

Tasty flammekuchen, but few options. The natural one is very basic and the one with salmon is highly recommended. The waiter was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long.

We tasted the special onion pie, which in Hungarian is most similar to kynyerlángos, or flammekuchen. We really liked it. The service was also great.

01/05/2026: Beautiful bar, exotic and tropical atmosphere. However, the unfriendly staff doesn't reflect the potential of this place. The cocktail I ordered, expensive, didn't taste of alcohol. I'm not sure I'll go back. What a shame.
14/04/2026: Excellent service, the waitress was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The cocktails are still as good as ever 🍹 And a special mention to the super dog 🐶

09/04/2026: When we received the pizza, we were surprised that, unlike Ukraine and Georgia, the amount of pepperoni was less! When I asked about the technical card, they told me that there was none and that the sausages were halal, which is why they were so small… In my opinion, this is a very strange argument. I understand that sales of paper pizzas will not fall from this, but I wanted to draw the attention of the management that perhaps the employees are not adding the necessary amount of ingredients! Fortunately, the pizza was delicious, but my son’s first reaction was upset that there was so little pepperoni in a pizza with double pepperoni.
