A restaurant I go to regularly when I'm in Paris, with a good selection of broths, sauces, meats and vegetables, fairly large tables, generally quite spaced out, air conditioning that does its (hard) job, friendly staff, etc., all for a very reasonable price (a little more expensive in the evening)!

I think this is my favorite all-you-can-eat Chinese hot pot in Paris. There's a grill option with the hot pot, the dining area is quite spacious, and there's plenty of room at the tables. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize is that I wish there had been more ingredients offered, and it's a shame about the sauces; some of them seem very diluted to me, but overall, a superb place!
