Enjoy your stir-fried noodles! :D This restaurant is a hidden gem among the very good Chinese restaurants in Bordeaux. You absolutely must try the stir-fried noodles! It's their specialty, and they're their masterclass. The rest is almost ordinary in comparison. And if you happen to be there, take a moment to watch the chef stretching the dough in the window—it's quite an amazing skill. The atmosphere can sometimes be a little quiet when it's not busy, but the noodles are always a perfect 20/20.

08/02/2026: Great restaurant, we had a wonderful meal! Looking forward to coming back
05/02/2026: The pork i ordered was cooked perfectly! The dressing on the salad was a bit sweet for me but not a deal breaker. Maybe they can put the dressing on the side so we can add to taste. For one person handling the ordering and serving, he was good in serving at almost full capacity.
