Enjoy your stir-fried noodles! :D This restaurant is a hidden gem among the very good Chinese restaurants in Bordeaux. You absolutely must try the stir-fried noodles! It's their specialty, and they're their masterclass. The rest is almost ordinary in comparison. And if you happen to be there, take a moment to watch the chef stretching the dough in the window—it's quite an amazing skill. The atmosphere can sometimes be a little quiet when it's not busy, but the noodles are always a perfect 20/20.

I'll definitely be back. The two-course menu at €15.90 is absolutely delicious. The noodles have that special texture of those homemade on the spot. I have a taste for quiet places, which isn't the case here, but that doesn't diminish the quality of the meal or the experience. The service might seem cold, but make no mistake; the kindness appears as soon as they have a little time to breathe. I recommend any noodle dish!

30/11/2025: Unlike typical all-you-can-eat buffets, this one is quite small because everything is homemade and replenished fresh. It's a good idea to make a reservation even if the restaurant isn't necessarily full; this way, the owner will know how much food to prepare in advance based on the expected number of guests. In any case, the owner is very friendly and even offers a small shot of sake at the end of the meal when you pay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
