Breakfast is not sufficient and the room window did not open.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel, the West Bestern logo was not very visible, I walked past it thinking it was another hotel. The reception staff who received me were very professional and service-oriented, he was a young man who was able to answer our questions. Bravo to this young man for his professionalism and his involvement, which is rare these days.

Very satisfied with my stay. Welcoming staff. Very good bedding, top cleanliness. The location opposite the station and a stone's throw from the trams is really very practical for getting around without having a car. The Place de la Comédie and other places to visit are also easily accessible on foot. After check-out, the concierge service is also very helpful if your train is late. I recommend!

We wanted to take a break from our trip returning from Barcelona and this town seemed attractive enough. The only shame was the car access problems. The hotel is central, clean and hospitable. I find the sounds of the tram rails passing under the windows extremely fascinating, absolutely not disturbing. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is large. If you come by train the perfect hotel, if you come by car consider the traffic situation.
