Woking Shop sur Montpellier

We had a family room here which was essentially an apartment! It was super nice even though we only stayed one night before a flight out of Montpellier. Staff was friendly and location is great, just a short walk from Place de Comedie, shops, restaurants, etc., and directly across from the train station. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great value for the price!

Bonjour wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone at this hotel! Great location, price and ALL staff was amazing and friendly close walk to all the local attractions in Montpelier and train station, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year 🇫🇷👍❤️

Very nice hotel near the train station. Friendly service. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Best Western for three days and three nights to attend a conference. The staff were attentive, polite, and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. We had a pleasant stay.

Good location, very friendly receptionist, and a simple but spacious room

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, which is close to the city center. The train station and public transport are right across the street. The welcome was friendly, the room clean, and the staff kind. We will definitely return.

The receptionist was super friendly 👍👍👍, but we're fully booked! Well done, sir! 🙏

The staff's friendliness saved the day. We stayed one night and wouldn't have stayed longer. A regular rumble accompanies the passing trams, which is unsettling at first. For me, the strangest thing was the presence of a hose-like pipe in the shower. We asked at reception, and the young man, a little embarrassed, replied that it was normal and that it was the air conditioning drain pipe that had been placed there. 😯😯😯😯 Thank goodness! The air conditioning wasn't working. 🤣🤣🤣

The carpet is a bit dirty, but everything else is fine. The breakfast is fairly standard, yet it includes omelets, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and delicious coffee — overall, it’s tasty and satisfying.

The room was pleasant, although it faced a noisy street. The hotel has an agreement with the train station parking lot; it would be helpful to be informed of this before arrival (specific access) to avoid having to leave and move the vehicle. The staff was friendly.
