Very nice place, very kind and welcoming staff, very generous and excellent dishes

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. Everything is homemade. Their maki rolls are excellent; it's the best Japanese maki roll restaurant, no exaggeration. They serve halal chicken, and everyone can eat at this restaurant. I highly recommend it. Plus, their service is enthusiastic and friendly.

Overall, it was good. The scallop sushi was quite novel and delicious.

A fantastic discovery! While the decor is rather understated, the food is incredible. I highly recommend the eel rolls and the soft-shell crab rolls: the crab is wonderfully crispy and the flavors are truly exceptional. We also tried the scallop rolls and the shrimp-avocado rolls: the presentation is beautiful and the freshness is undeniable! The sashimi is flawless (special mention for the salmon, tuna, and sea bream, which were incredibly tender). The service is impeccable and attentive. In short, an excellent restaurant that I will gladly return to!

Their California rolls are absolutely their signature dish, especially the scallop volcano roll. One bite is packed with filling, offering an incredibly rich texture. The scallops are tender and juicy, paired with unique seasoning and a variety of other ingredients, creating a truly satisfying experience. Besides the scallop volcano roll, the avocado and shrimp California roll, avocado and eel California roll, and soft-shell crab California roll are also excellent. The avocado is creamy, the shrimp is springy, the eel seems to be freshly grilled and is still warm, and the soft-shell crab is crispy, filled with crab sticks and sesame seeds. All the ingredients create a wonderful explosion of flavors in your mouth. Tip: Order any California roll and add 2 coins to get a miso soup and cabbage salad! What a great deal! The salmon, tuna, and sea bream in the sashimi platter are also incredibly fresh, melting in your mouth. Tip: Each sashimi platter also includes a bowl of rice, which we really enjoyed! The fried shrimp tempura, sweet potato tempura, and zucchini tempura were all fresh, crispy, and delicious—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cooked to perfection. The miso soup and genmaicha were also incredibly authentic!

A wonderful discovery in the 9th arrondissement, near Saint-Lazare. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We shared the Sushi Mille Feuilles, the Bake Salmon Roll (with cream cheese), and the Green Dragon Roll with eel—everything was delicious. For starters, we had karaage and tempura shrimp, both perfectly crispy. Fresh ingredients, generous portions. We'll be back! 😊

This California roll Japanese restaurant has been open in Paris for many years and also features hot sushi. Their tempura vegetables and fried shrimp are incredibly crispy, and they have a wide variety of sushi. I recommend the hot sushi rolls; the salmon, eel, and volcano rolls are all delicious!

The sushi was absolutely delicious! I especially loved their Rainbow Rolls and Green Snake Rolls. The Rainbow Roll had sashimi and avocado on the outside, and crab meat, avocado, and cucumber inside—it was wonderful. The Green Python Roll had green flying fish roe that I tried for the first time; it was wasabi-flavored, and combined with the salmon sashimi inside, it was refreshing and delicious!

Excellent value for money. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The location is convenient and easily accessible. I really like the Rainbow 🍣
