A loyal customer for over 10 years, I've always enjoyed this restaurant, which I mainly frequent for takeout due to the small size of the dining area. The wait has always been long, often between one and one and a half hours, but the quality of the food has long justified this patience. The dishes, and especially the ravioli, are truly excellent.
However, I deeply regret the lack of professionalism and customer service of the person taking orders, probably the chef or the owner. She has never been particularly welcoming, but during our last phone conversation, her tone was cold and unpleasant. We simply asked a question about a dish that is no longer on the menu, which seemed to irritate her to the point of making taking the order a chore.
It's a shame, because the quality of the food isn't enough to compensate for such a disappointing customer experience. Despite the ravioli still being delicious, I unfortunately no longer recommend this establishment. A good product is not enough if it is not accompanied by respect and consideration for customers.
