This restaurant offers absolutely delicious Szechuan cuisine. For me, it's one of the best Szechuan restaurants in Paris.
I regularly take my French and Chinese friends here, and everyone loves it.
You can choose different levels of spiciness: mild, medium, or hot. The staff always asks for your preference, which is very thoughtful.
The pork in fish sauce (Yuxiang Rousi) is excellent, typically Szechuan with its sweet flavor. It's truly authentic, exactly like what you eat in Szechuan. The service is also very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Excellent Szechuan restaurant in Paris!
My favorite dish is the fish with Szechuan green peppercorns. It's absolutely identical to the one I ate in Chengdu. The fish fillets are incredibly tender. The green peppercorns have a lovely, fresh aroma of green bell pepper, with that typical Szechuan tingling sensation—it's very modern and original.
I've brought many French friends to this restaurant, and they're all amazed by the food. I highly recommend it!

The place is sparsely decorated but has large windows. The service is very technical and somewhat haphazard, with only beginner-level French. The plates are the size of salad bowls, and the Szechuan cuisine is overwhelming. The chili chicken is a masochistic delight. Many other options are more reasonable and delicious. Be careful with the offal; it's cooked in a way that might be disconcerting. Avoid the rather dreary back room. A good Chinese option.
