Exciting Japanese place. Good and tasty food.

Drawn in by the rave reviews, I came to discover this restaurant during a business trip. I savored delicious and very generous portions of sushi, lovingly and skillfully prepared by the chef. I made it my nightly ritual. It must be said that the menu offers a wide variety of sushi, and the chef offers a different daily special each day, further expanding the possibilities. I noticed that he has many very loyal customers who come almost every day, which testifies to the quality of the food. You sit at the counter that extends around the chef's workspace, where you can admire his dexterity and the quality of the ingredients. The chef can also offer advice on how to best enjoy his wonderful sushi. A place worth discovering! Thank you, Chef, for adding some sparkle to a week that could have been quite dull without you!

Look no further! I've traveled to all five continents, tried all the sushi 🍣 and sashimi, and since 2008 I always end up coming back... the quality, the freshness, whether you eat in, take away, everywhere, always! Thank you!

Excellent and prepared by a true chef right before your eyes! The only downside is parking in the neighborhood, but it's definitely worth the trip.

Excellent Asian restaurant! I don't think they offer shrimp tempura, which is a bit of a shame. But otherwise, the sushi and rolls are really very good!

Not only were these the best sushi I've ever eaten, but the chef also offered us a drink and miso soup!

The miso soup was perfect to start. Clearly not just a broth with a couple of mushrooms, it had real flavor! According to the chef, when you put love into your soup, and into your work, it's bound to be good! And he certainly did! 🙂 Then, at his suggestion, I tried a dish that wasn't on the menu: sesame salmon teriyaki. Succulent 🤩 and very generous. I'll have to come back to try the sushi and sashimi, and get the chef's tips on how to use wasabi. I saw him explaining it to other customers 😉 I finished with a homemade chocolate appetizer. Also generous and light. Perfect for ending my meal. The only thing that could be improved is that it's served in a plastic cup, probably easier for takeout orders. The meal is eaten at a large counter where you can watch the chef at work and chat with him. Very pleasant. He adapts live to your preferences, intolerances, etc., all with a touch of humor 🙂 A place you can try without hesitation.

Here's another little treat: quality meat with a sauce that complements it perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptionally generous portion!
