This Japanese restaurant, run by a wonderful and courageous entrepreneurial couple (they're still open!), is probably the best in the Île-de-France region. The atmosphere is simple and pleasant, but the quality of the food is unparalleled. It's fresh and absolutely delicious! What's more, they deliver for an unforgettable Japanese evening! Bravo!
