“Discovered” this restaurant, although it has been open for 3 years. Pleasantly surprised by simple and tasty cuisine. Menu limited to 4 or 5 bentos at lunchtime; “tapas” are unfortunately only served in the evening.
Note: the (Japanese) wife of the (French) cook made a nice little selection of Japanese sakes 😉
Varied choices and specialties less common than in other tapas bars. It was very good but, I think, a little expensive. However the atmosphere is calm and really nice 🤍
Yasoya is a great for an easy good meal. The lunch menu is a bento menu with a few options. I think the flavours are good. The curry was slightly acidic reminded me more of south East Asian or Thai flavours. The poulpe frit was fun, yum. Their dinner menu is great with variety of options. This is definitely not authentic Japanese but great for a bite to eat at lunch or dinner. The service is good and the staff is nice :).
After visiting Centre Georges Pompidou, we stumbled across this very nice izakaya bar and had a delicious and affordable meal. All of the dishes we selected were excellent with the possible exception of the frites with seaweed. They had sounded so intriguing and appealing but in the end were underwhelming. But the chicken, octopus, beef, and tofu were all great!
